This camp is for students starting S2 after the Summer Holidays and is suitable for both boys and girls.

At the camp, students will work on:

• Developing core rugby skills, techniques and tactics 
• Improving understanding of the game 
• Tips on how to improve off field  
• Video analysis workshops 
• Nutrition workshops (healthy body, healthy mind), 
• How to work as part of a team  
• Team Development sessions for the upcoming season ahead 
• Individual Player Development sessions to help players work towards their own personal goals 
• Nutrition Workshops 

The camp is based at Stewart's Melville Rugby Playing Fields, Inverleith, 523 Ferry Road, Edinburgh, EH5 2DW.

You can book individual days or all five days. You will receive a 10% discount when booking all five days.

On the day, attendees should bring along a bottle of water, a morning and afternoon snack and a packed lunch. Please also bring waterproof clothing suitable for training in.
