Our ESMS Rugby Camps are suitable for P5 – S2 boys and girls and are designed to help young rugby players improve their performance, regardless of their ability, and have fun doing it. This camp is open to children from ALL schools.

Enjoy sessions led by talented coaches who will focus on:

• Developing core rugby skills, techniques and tactics 
• Improving understanding of the game 
• Tips on how to improve off field  
• Video analysis workshops 
• Nutrition (healthy body, healthy mind)
• How to work as part of a team  
• Individual Player Development sessions to help players work towards their own personal goals.
